Meet your trainer

Erin Fourie | Founder and Trainer

Erin loves fitness, strength, longevity, and science. Having spent time in many environments with fitness requirements, i.e living and training at Tiger Muaythai in Thailand and tracking poachers in the Greater Kruger as an anti-poacher, he always had to keep his fitness levels high and adaptive to the meet the demands thrown at him. With a diploma in Sports Conditioning from ETA and a massage specialisation (which includes remedial sports massage) he has a great understanding of the human anatomy, physiology and the science behind recovery. In 2019 he worked backstage at The Arnold Strongman Classic, assisting athletes like Jerry Pritchett, Mateusz Kieliszkowski, Evan Singleton, Matjaz Belsak and many others with their recovery and preparation for events.

Erin started Fury Fitness to encompass all facets of health and fitness, to achieve your goals in the fastest most sustainable ways while maintaining a high quality of life; all in an environment which you, as our client, are in total control over and which is entirely private.

Jan-Harm Bezuidenhoudt | Trainer

Jan-Harm, the trainer at our Silver Lakes Branch, wants to help other people achieve their fitness goals and improve themselves along the way, whether it be strength or physique. As a BHSc graduate in sports coaching and human movement science from the North-West University in Potchefstroom, and a diploma in personal training from the Health and Fitness Professionals Academy, he finds the field of physical fitness extremely interesting, as it shows you exactly what kind of performance and achievements the human body is capable of.
